With our 2014 production of Othello GreenStage has completed Shakespeare’s canon! We’re continuing our celebratory look back at every play.
Today’s play is The Tempest, performed by GreenStage in 2005 and 2011.
Cara Anderson Ahrens directed the 2005 show with Richard Clairmont (pictured above) as Prospero. Michael Blum directed the 2011 show, with Ken Holmes as Prospero, Gina Marie Russell as Ariel, and Don MacEllis as a most colorful Caliban. That’s Holmes and Russell in the photo at right.
