Well, the folks who had been doing rain dances and hoping for cooler weather came through this past weekend. We got a little bit of rain. OK, it was quite a lot at times! The show must go on, however, though that made for some soggy Shakespeareans and soaked spectators. A few drops of water couldn’t spoil a good time, though we admit we’re happy that the forecast is for sunny and warm weather for the rest of this week. We have plenty of time to dry out all of the costumes—and the actors!—before our performances kick in again on Thursday!
We’re looking forward to our return to Lynnwood and Lynndale Park this week, and will also be on the road in Fall City, Burien, and Maple Valley in addition to our shows in Seattle parks. We’re halfway through our season, but there’s still time to catch all four of our summer plays. Check out the complete schedule elsewhere on this site.
There are still a few spots remaining in the GreenStage Youth Summer Camps for your budding thespians ages 8-15. Head over to our education page to get more information and to sign up.
Go see a play!
